Born in 1949, of Treviso origins, he spent his youth in Montebelluna (TV) but subsequently, for study and work reasons, he lived in various locations in Italy and abroad, becoming a full citizen of the world. Since 2010 he has lived in Trieste, a crossroads of peoples and cultures in the heart of Central Europe. Graduated in law, he carried out his professional activity in Italian multinational groups as a manager and member of boards of directors. Today he carries out business consultancy activities.
He approached photography in 2008 by attending courses at the Italian Institute of Photography, the Forma Foundation in Milan and the I.E.D in Venice. He began exhibiting in 2012 and his photographs are held by private individuals and public bodies in Italy and by foreign private entities. An expert in the history and theory of photography, he is linked, in particular, to minimalist photography, experimentation and blurry photography. This last form of expression was born in 2012, coinciding with the rereading of the book Liquid Modernity by Zygmunt Bauman.
His photographs and exhibitions have been discussed in the press, in trade and art magazines including: Il Piccolo di Trieste; Corriere della Sera, Veneto; La Tribuna of Treviso; Marie Claire Travel; Juliet Art Magazine; Il Fotografo; the online newspaper Ilfriuliveneziagiulia; Contemporary Art Talent Show catalogue; Online magazine Foto Minimal & Art and various exhibition catalogues. Some of his photographs have been used for advertising campaigns for fashion products and one photo is part of the F.lli ALINARI Museum Collections. The University of Trieste has acquired as a donation the photos of the "Traces: climate change" project which are permanently exhibited in the DEAMS department. Project deemed consistent with the University's orientation activity for secondary school students as part of the PNRR, called "Oriented to change the world, for a sustainable future".
